• Collect all rents and other sources of income
• Use all media outlets and advertising in the renting of vacant units
• Execute leases as agents in the renting of units
• Provide all turnover services such as painting, cleaning, remodeling and general maintenance
• Perform routine property inspections and develop preventative maintenance schedules
• Inspect units after tenants vacate and assess charges for damages if necessary
• Pay all bills and invoices incurred in the normal management and operation of the property
• Render monthly statements of receipts and disbursements along with any cash balances to owners
• Supervise, administer and hire all employees and contractors as needed
• Maintain communication with owners as needed
