Location is our most valuable amenity with most of our apartments conveniently situated within walking distance to the metro lines and other public transportation. Additionally, the apartments themselves have updated kitchens and appliances, hardwood floors, air conditioning, on site laundry facilities and off street parking. Some properties included all utilities while others require the residents to pay utilities separately. All buildings are cable ready.
Available apartments are open daily (8:30am-7:00pm) and can be viewed without an appointment by simply going to the address and letting yourself into the respective apartment number (doors are unlocked). Upcoming vacancies can be viewed by appointment only with an approved application.
Applications can be received by fax, on-line from this website or in person from our rental office located on Lee Highway in Falls Church. There is no fee to submit an application for processing, although if your application is approved and a lease is signed for one of our Arlington, VA apartment homes, a $25.00 application/ move in fee will be collected ($25.00 per additional applicant) along with the appropriate security deposit. Security deposits start at $400.00 depending on the applicants rental history, credit history and employment status.
